Your password/PIN is used to log into your library account.
In most cases, your password is:
- the last four digits of the phone number or
- the month/day of your birthdate (ex. 0824 for a birthdate of August 24th)
- CHANGEME
If none of these do not work or forget what you changed it to, you can reset your password.
- Your password will be emailed to the address listed in your library record (if there is one).
Reset your password to your email address
If you cannot login, do not have an email address listed in your patron record, aren’t sure which email address is used, call (216) 623-2872 or visit your local library branch.
