You are eligible for a Cleveland Public Library ecard if you meet any of the following criteria:

Your primary residence is in Ohio.
You are living in Ohio for most of the year while attending school in-state.
You work in Ohio on a permanent basis.
You own property (real estate) in Ohio.

Other restrictions:

If you currently have a library card with Cleveland Public Library or any other CLEVNET library, you are not eligible for an ecard. Check the list of CLEVNET member libraries.
Children under 13 years of age are ineligible for an ecard due to COPPA restrictions.

Your ecard gives you access to all of the library’s electronic materials. It may not be used to borrow or place holds on physical items. To upgrade your card to a full access account, please visit any Cleveland Public Library location. Bring a photo ID and proof of your Ohio address.

Cleveland Public Library staff will verify the information provided below and notify you by email that your ecard is active.

Do you currently have a library card with Cleveland Public Library or any other CLEVNET library?

Yes

If yes, you do not need to register for a new card. Your current card gives you access to the digital resources provided by that library.

To be eligible, you need to select and agree that at least one of the following statements is true:(Required)
