Originally from Tennessee, Cruz moved to Ohio at age eleven. She is currently a junior at Lincoln West Global Studies High School. She has been studying photography since freshman year, and plans to attend art school. She is a member of the Cleveland Print Room’s Teen Institute, Arts Mastery program, exploring analog film and darkroom techniques. She has frequently exhibited and sold her work through the Print Room, and has participated in student exhibitions at the Cleveland Museum of Art.
